  • Where you have given explicit written consent

  • Where disclosure is required by law (including if a court issues a subpoena)

  • Where there is a reasonable belief of serious risk of harm to you or another person

Session notes are kept privately and securely. They are not shared with third parties, including other practitioners, without your consent.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at shamanicwitch.com. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Part Two: Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before booking or engaging any service offered through Shamanic Witch. By booking a session, purchasing a service, or engaging in any paid arrangement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Shamanic Witch offers depth-work facilitation, numerology readings, chart consultations, and private mentoring engagements. These services draw on frameworks including Jungian depth psychology, somatic awareness, shamanic traditions, and proprietary numerology systems.

Our services are offered as depth-work and coaching — they are not psychological therapy, medical treatment, or clinical counselling. We are not registered psychologists, therapists, or medical practitioners. Our services do not constitute professional mental health treatment.

If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or crisis service.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to adults aged 18 years and over. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or older and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Bookings and Payment

  • All services must be paid in full prior to or at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Payment confirms your booking and constitutes acceptance of these Terms

  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand life happens. Our standard policy is:

  • Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice: full credit toward a future session

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of the session fee is forfeited

  • No-shows without notice: the full session fee is forfeited

  • Rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours notice will be accommodated where possible at no charge

In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or rescheduled appointment at your preference.

5. Our Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If, at the end of our engagement, you do not feel you have been seen more clearly than in any previous coaching or facilitation work, we will not charge you. This guarantee applies to our Ravelin Chamber engagements and is assessed at the conclusion of the agreed scope of work.

6. Confidentiality (Our Obligations)

We hold everything you share in session as confidential. See Section 4 of our Privacy Policy above for full details of our confidentiality obligations and the limited circumstances in which disclosure may occur.

7. Your Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Engage with our services honestly and in good faith

  • Use our services for lawful purposes only

  • Recognise that outcomes from depth-work are not guaranteed — the work meets you where you are, and results depend in part on your own engagement and readiness

  • Seek appropriate professional support (medical, psychological, legal, financial) for matters that fall outside the scope of our services

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of our services — including session frameworks, written reports, numerology charts, and any printed or digital resources — are the intellectual property of Shamanic Witch. These materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or adapted without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including decisions you make as a result of our work together. You retain full responsibility for your own choices and actions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Sensitive Material

Depth work can surface material that is emotionally significant, confronting, or unexpected. You engage with our services with the understanding that this may occur. We hold space for this with care, and we ask that you do the same. If at any point the work feels too much, please say so — we will always adapt.

11. Testimonials and Case Studies

We may occasionally share de-identified reflections or themes from our work as part of our public writing or offerings. Your identity will never be disclosed without your explicit written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
