Speaking of Transformation

Hi, so you are more than just your physical form. OR your physical form houses more than just your every day self. You can pick which of those ideas works.

There are oodles of forms and vibrations and frequencies other than the ones you usually surf. If you drop your every-day identity enough, you can change vibe pretty convincingly. This vibe change usually lasts until daylight hits the dancefloor or someone turf wars you back into your box.

Excellent opportunities abound to break some of the small habits that keep you ticking. The break might be a break free! Try these:

*change what time you get up in the morning

*change what you do right after getting out of bed

* change what your habituated responses are, e.g. ‘fine thanks how are you’ could be ‘im doing well, enjoying the ____, what are you doing today?’ ok, lame but you get the idea.

Switch off auto pilot.
