Delusional and Selfish in a Good Way

I recall asking in a social magic group why exactly we were pretending to be as God. No-one really said anything, other than a comment that it was a good question. Now I know why.

We humans have the power that changes the world around us.

We also have the power to ask for help from disincarnate forms.

We have the power to bend stuff to our will, ask anyone selfish or not.

And we have the power to pretend the heck out of something until it happens.

I wondered why we were faking it to god status at the time. Now I see they were viewing these abilities as godlike. Fair enough.

If we had faith the size of a mustard seed, we could tell a mountain to go into the sea and it would (said Jesus).

That’s the gift of being human. WOW. Be the getter, be the enjoyer, be the requester but also the receiver. You are the ingredients, the chef and the stew.
